Wootton Library is located on Lorraine Road.

The opening times are:-

Mondays 2.00 – 6.00pm,
Wednesdays 9.30-1.00pm and 2.00 – 6.00pm,
Fridays 2.00 – 6.00pm and
Saturdays 10.00-1.00pm.

Our Library services include: adult and children's fiction and non-fiction books, reference section, public access computers, with internet access & free usage for up to 2 hours per day for library members (with free access to Ancestry.com).

Forthcoming Events…

LIBRARY COMPUTER COURSES.

In conjunction with SPARK- Adult Learning Services - the library will be the venue for various COMPUTER COURSES.

So far the planned courses are ‘First Steps into Computing’ (starting 22nd        February 2.00 to 4.00pm for 5 sessions) and ’Introduction to the Internet’ (starting 26th April 2.00 to 4.00pm for 3 sessions).  If you are interested in finding out   further details about these courses please contact Spark Adult Learning on Freephone 0808 100 31 40, or email: sparkacl.response@bedscc.gov.uk

STORY & RHYME - TIME FOR PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN

The library’s Story & Rhyme-time events continue on Wednesday afternoons (throughout each school term) between 2.50 to 3.10pm (ending just in time for you to pick up your older children from school)

The library opening times: -

Mondays 2 – 6pm, Wednesdays 10 -1pm and 2 – 6pm, Fridays 2 – 6pm and     Saturdays 10-1pm.
